CONDITIONS

• The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the Voucher by email. (For last minute bookings, contact our Call Center on (0039) 06.92947201).


• Meeting point Fiumicino Airport: our driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name in the arrivals hall, after the baggage claim.


• Ciampino Airport meeting point: our driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name at the exit, after baggage claim.


• Meeting point Porto Civitavecchia: our driver will wait for you with a sign with your name, in front of the ship, at the exit after baggage claim. Our Drivers are authorized to enter the cruise port.


• If the arrival of the originally scheduled flight, vessel or train has been changed or delayed, it must be communicated in advance.


• For private transfers arriving at the airport, cruise port or train station, the waiting time for our driver is 1 hour after arrival.


• For departure transfers be ready 10 minutes before.


• In case of difficulty in finding the driver or a problem with baggage claim, you must inform us by calling the logistics office (0039) 06.92947201.


• Make sure you leave the Airport, Cruise Port or Train Station with our Driver by showing him your voucher or booking confirmation in advance, to avoid unpleasant surprises. Otherwise the service will be considered NO SHOW and will be charged in full.


• Check that all data entered in the reservation are correct. The Company accepts no responsibility for incorrect information.


• Many of our drivers speak basic English. However, if you need a driver who speaks English very well, specify it in advance and we will try to provide it for an additional cost.


• In addition to standard luggage, suitcases and trolleys, we also accept oversized luggage, eg: wheelchairs, golf bags, bicycles, skis, surfboards, etc… It is necessary to specify it at the time of booking.


• Methods of payment: Cash to the driver at the end of the service, credit card to the driver at the end of the service, bank transfer in advance.


• All prices are excluding 10% VAT.


• 20% supplement for night service from 11.00pm to 7.00am.


• FREE reservation modification and cancellation if communicated within 24 hours, by calling the logistics office (0039) 06.92947201 or by sending an email to bcsgrouprome@gmail.com.
